Meditation ceases the incessant activity of the mind, and brings deep peace and contentment. We begin to understand ourselves better, and start to see what changes we can make to strengthen our mental health, emotion well-being and physical health, to improve the quality of our lives. Meditation is more than mere mindfulness.

Weekly Classes

In the individual and group classes, we will teach you the Sahaja Yoga Meditation technique, and share tips to improve your progress.

  • All classes are taught free of cost.
  • Classes are approximately 1 hour.
  • Morning and evenings classes are available.
  • Walk into any classes scheduled at various locations across the island as convenient to you.
