Hi there!!!
All Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes are in both English and Mandarin and cater to different levels from first-timers, beginners to regular practitioners. Anyone can come for the classes and they are always free.
Attending one of these classes will allow you to experience the benefits of real meditation. You will also learn techniques that you can continue at home. The classes do not require yoga postures, physical exercises or any yoga mats as they are meditation-based. Chairs are provided to help you sit comfortably. You will be involved in a mixture of both practical guided meditation sessions and information on the subtle energy system.
