For thousands of years, philosophies and traditional meditation techniques specially in the eastern part of the world have described a subtle system of energy within all human beings. The subtle system consists of seven energy centres known as chakras, three channels known as nadis and a dormant energy at the base of the spine known as Kundalini or inner energy.

Energy channels and centers not only look after our physical and intellectual being but also have emotional and spiritual qualities. In Sahaja Yoga Meditation,when inner energy is raised, these qualities start manifesting spontaneously and express themselves in our life, alongwith balance state of body and mind. Thus, through regular meditation, we become automatically very dynamic, creative, confident and at the same time very humble, loving and compassionate. You also become aware of subtle system’s energy flow on finger tips and top of head , which is called as Self- Realisation because you realize or know yourself in reality by the true perception or awareness of subtle system within you.
