Stress management program for DSO, HSBC & Sage – Jan & Feb 2018

1. DSO National Laboratories
Sahaja Yoga Meditation conducted free meditation session on ‘Stress Management through Meditation’ for DSO National Laboratories, Science Park Drive Singapore on 12 January 2018.

Meditation program included presentation on meditation misconceptions and meditation benefits in today’s modern fast pace life. Presentation was supported with video on meditation research conducted by doctor’s community and instrumental meditational audio clips. Participants were provided guided meditation steps' handouts to try out in home. Most of participants acknowledged that Sahaja Yoga Meditation is very easy to help experience mental silence even in office environment.

2. HSBC
Sahaja Yoga Meditation conducted free meditation session on ‘Stress Management through Meditation’ for HSBC, Maple Tree Business City Singapore on 24 January 2018.

Program focused how to achieve mental and emotional peace in fast pace corporate demand. Participants followed guided easy meditation and most experienced the joy of meditation. Tips were provided to self-practice in home along with the steps handouts. Participants felt benefits of meditation and requested for monthly regular session in the same office location.

3. Sage Foundation
Sahaja Yoga Meditation conducted free meditation session on ‘Stress Management through Meditation’ for Sage Foundation, Commonwealth Singapore on 14 February 2018.

Meditation program was supported with a presentation on meditation and its misconception, video on meditation research conducted by doctor’s community and practical experience of meditation with tips and handouts to self-practice.
